0345(3) Licensor observed an in-ratio staff member on the preschool playground not scanning the environment, even while directly observed by the licensor for several minutes. Licensor observed the only staff member on the toddler playground not standing where they could supervise all areas accessible to children as the layout was not easy to do so and the pea gravel in the space created a hazard the staff member had to repeatedly address. 0345(5)(c) Licensor did not observe an in ratio staff member actively supervising the whole outdoor area, supervising only the sand play area.
